In most states, yes. While all mini trucks under 25 years old are restricted to being imported for Off-Road Use Only, many states allow 25+ year old mini trucks to be titled and registered.

Technically, yes. This is not something we would recommend. While the engines are built for higher RPM’s, you would be pedal to the metal to sustain the top speed. They also lack most modern safety features like air-bags and crumple zones. Some people bring them on the highway, we think they are better suited for the local roads.
